Grandmother's Doll

Dear Dr. Gary: I want to thank you for the wonderful restoration of my grandmother's doll. She is beautiful. My grandmother was born in 1903 and her Maltilda was played with by three generations. My mother cut her hair -- not realizing that doll's hair does not grow like a girl's hair. You not only restored Maltida's body but you returned her original hair to her. My Mom died in December and she was not able to see Maltilda restored to her original glory, but I told her about the restoration and she was looking forward to seeing the doll. Your restoration work was beyond all my expectations. Thank you again. Sincerely, Margaret Barker

Many Thanks

Hi Gary, My doll arrived on Friday and she looks gorgeous! You did such a fantastic job---I'm so pleased! I have lots of other French cloth dolls in need of cleaning that I'd like to send one at a time. She's been photographed and studied for upcoming articles and book and I would never have considered parting with her until I saw what a wonderful job you did on my last doll! Let me know if you would like to work on her and if so, when the best time to send her would be, so I don't have to be apart from her for too long. Many thanks,

Lara

Pasty Doll

Beautiful Baby

Hi! Just wanted to send you a pic of Mom and her beautiful baby! She is the hit of the residence home, riding with Mom in the cart of her walker. Mom can't remember what she named her baby when she and her sister each received one. One was dressed in blue and Mom's was dressed in pink. We are working on a new name. Meanwhile, please accept our thanks for a wonderful job that made our Christmas so very special!!! I hope you know how happy your work makes people.
